How long does shipping take?

Standard shipping takes 5–7 business days within the US. Expedited (2–3 day) and overnight options are available at checkout. Orders placed before 2pm EST on business days typically ship the same day.

Do you offer free shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. We do not offer free shipping at this time.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is not available yet, but we're working on it. Currently we ship within the United States only. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when international shipping launches.

Question 4

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to track your package directly on the carrier's website. If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, reach out to us and we'll make it right.

Can I return an opened product?

We understand that sometimes a product just isn't right for your skin. If you've tried a product and it isn't working for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll work with you on a solution — whether that's an exchange, store credit, or refund.

How do I start a return?

Email us at emmabock@911talove.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a prepaid return label and process your refund within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.

What if my order arrived damaged?

We're so sorry! Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We'll send a replacement right away at no charge.

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?

All 911 Ta Love products are formulated with sensitive skin in mind. We avoid common irritants like synthetic fragrance, parabens, and sulfates. That said, everyone's skin is different — we always recommend doing a patch test before applying any new product to a large area.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes. 911 Ta Love is 100% cruelty-free. We never test on animals, and we only work with suppliers who share that commitment.

Are your products vegan?

Most of our products are vegan. The exception is our Deep Hydration Cream, which contains beeswax. Each product page lists full ingredients so you can check before purchasing.

Do your products contain fragrance?

Accepted Answer

We use only natural fragrance derived from essential oils in very low concentrations. We never use synthetic fragrance. If you have a known sensitivity to essential oils, check the full ingredient list on each product page.

How long do products last once opened?

All our products have a 12-month period after opening (PAO). You'll see the open jar symbol on the packaging. For best results, store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay through our secure checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change, contact us immediately at emmabock@911talove.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to accommodate the change. Once shipped, we're unable to modify the order.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All payments are processed through GoDaddy Payments, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption. We never store your full card details on our servers.
